Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms, and any contamination or odors caused by pets must be restored to their original condition. - Please refrain from loud noises, parties, or actions that cause inter-floor noise that may disturb neighbors. - Registration of change of address is not permitted. Violation may result in contract termination without refund of usage fees and forfeiture of the security deposit. - In case of damages resulting from violation of special provisions, compensation for damages will be charged to the tenant. - Exit cleaning fee: 35,000 KRW (basic), additional charges may apply depending on the degree of contamination.
