This is a premium share house exclusively for women, and we offer preferential rates for co-occupancy. The master room is a double room with a private balcony with a clothes dryer, a dressing table, a dressing room, and a bathroom with a bathtub. This is a brand new apartment completed in October 2023, so the safety and security are excellent. You will be using the master room (double room) in a 42-pyeong apartment, and there are no current residents yet. ^^
This is a new apartment located within a 10-minute walk of the Pyeongtaek Godeok Samsung Electronics Campus, and the security and surrounding environment are extremely clean. There is a bus stop right in front of the building.
Once the contract is confirmed, we will explain the move-in rules and provide you with move-in instructions.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If excessive use of heating or cooling results in a high bill, additional charges may apply.
It was a bit uncomfortable when the landlord—a man—visited for inspections. Otherwise, the condition of the house was great. However, the tenant had to do all the cleaning.
