Check-in time is 3 PM, and check-out time is 11 AM. This is not a short-term rental for accommodation (like Airbnb), so please bring your own towels, toiletries, and daily necessities. All utility bills are included. In midsummer and winter, management fees may vary, and additional charges may apply for excessive use. If basic tidying is not done and trash is left in various places, basic and additional cleaning fees will be charged. Smoking is prohibited inside the house. If the house smells due to cigarette odor or long-term neglect of food waste, a special cleaning fee will be charged. Also, pets are not allowed.

I enjoyed using it.
It's really good. My younger sibling's couple and my husband and I, a total of 4 people, used it. There are 2 rooms, 1 living room, and 1 bathroom. There's a water purifier and a refrigerator, so we didn't have to buy water, and it was nice to be able to put the groceries we bought in it. We brought two 28-inch suitcases and four 20-inch suitcases, and there was enough storage to organize them well. The location is perfect, with E-Mart across the street, a department store next to it, and the terminal behind it. There are also many restaurants. I recommend it to long-term travelers who need two rooms.
