This home offers a pristine, like-new environment, security facilities, parking (for one vehicle), and an elevator for convenience. Although the ground floor features open-piloti parking, the unit is situated at the height of a third-floor level. It boasts a modern, white-toned interior and is a warm, inviting home filled with morning sunlight. Features a separate living room and kitchen layout, with three bedrooms suitable for up to four residents. Includes a portable Smart TV (compatible with Netflix, Disney+, Coupang Play, TVING, etc., if you have an account) and Wi-Fi internet access.
Myeonmok Station (Line 7, within a 15-minute walk) Mangu Station (Gyeongui-Jungang Line, within a 20-minute walk) Frequent bus connections available until late at night to the area near the home. Late-night buses (M-buses) are available. Convenient transportation with direct buses to Gangnam, Jamsil, Dongdaemun, Daehak-ro, Yonsei University, etc., without the need for transfers. By car: 20–30 minutes to Gangnam, Jamsil, or Dongdaemun (excluding traffic congestion) Transportation within Seoul is convenient.

Located in a quiet villa building very close to the bus stop. The area is relatively flat with wide roads, making parking very convenient (ground-level covered parking available). As this is a short-term rental rather than a commercial lodging business (like Airbnb), please bring your own towels, toiletries, and daily necessities. Accommodates 1 to 4 people. *Important rules: No smoking inside the building; no late-night parties or gatherings exceeding 4 people; no pets allowed (issues such as barking from unauthorized pets may lead to eviction). Resident registration (moving-in report) is not permitted. Check-in is contactless. Since check-out and check-in for different guests may occur on the same day, I will contact you around 11:00 AM with instructions. Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Nearby amenities include Costco, E-Mart, Homeplus, Starbucks, a movie theater, Ediya, Mega Coffee, Paris Baguette, Daiso, etc. Most major franchises are present, along with numerous restaurant alleys; hospitals, banks, and a convenience store right in front make daily life very convenient. Within a 5-minute walk of Urim Market and Dongwon Market.
All utility costs are included. Maintenance fees are subject to change during peak summer and winter months, and additional charges may apply for excessive usage. If the unit is left untidy or trash is scattered about, both basic and additional cleaning fees will be charged. Smoking is prohibited inside the house. A special cleaning fee will be charged if odors (such as from cigarette smoke or long-neglected food waste) permeate the premises. Additionally, pets are not permitted.
I was a bit flustered at first since the neighborhood was unfamiliar, but the neighbors were kind, and it was great that recycling was collected three times a week. The place is so well-equipped—you really only need to bring toiletries and clothes—so I think future guests will find it very convenient. I was busy with late-night work while staying here with my baby, so I only managed to eat at home twice, but I was still incredibly satisfied. Thanks to the host's tidy management, I made an effort to keep the place clean, too. I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you for promptly taking care of the fridge and gas issues—though it seems the fridge is finally getting cold just as I'm about to check out! 😂
