It is 2 minutes from Nowon Station Line 7 and 3 minutes from Line 4. Parking is available, but registration is required for stays longer than 4 weeks. Located directly in front of Paik Hospital, with various amenities, a park within the complex, and Jungnangcheon Park. All amenities are within a 1 to 5-minute walk.
Check-in is contactless. If you use excessive electricity and gas, you may be charged upon check-out.
Nearby parks, Baek Hospital, and Lotte Department Store are within walking distance. Various cafes such as Starbucks, Paris Baguette, Daeyoung Stationery, and Daeyoung Bookstore are also nearby. It is close to restaurants and has excellent transportation and convenience facility infrastructure. Move-in is not possible.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. Excessive use of electricity and gas may result in a charge upon check-out.

I had a comfortable stay.
The subway station, bus stop, and airport bus stop were right in front, so it was really convenient to get around. The surrounding amenities were also close, so I had no inconveniences during my stay, and I was satisfied with the good communication with the host.
I'm a native of Jamsil who loves Seokchon Lake, Lotte Tower, and the Han River.
