All procedures are conducted non-face-to-face. No smoking indoors/No pets allowed. Master bedroom bed - stone bed (separate electric heating on both sides) Washing machine/dryer - not installed (Laundromat across from GS convenience store) This apartment is about a 5-minute walk from a standalone apartment building. There is a market, convenience store, laundromat, etc. nearby.
There are many convenience facilities such as convenience stores, marts, and laundromats around Sadang Station/Namseong Station. Sadang Station - Food Alley (mainly restaurants) Namseong Station - Alley Restaurants (mainly side dishes) Transportation is convenient to Gangnam/Gangbuk/Gyeonggi areas. Please handle all items with care. They are all my assets. If there is severe damage, you will be charged for damages.
Gas/electricity/water/water purifier/internet usage fees are all included in the management fee (50,000 won per week) If you overuse the included items, we may request additional costs separately. Please use them sparingly as they are valuable energy resources.
It was a very clean and pretty accommodation. I think I'll stay here again if I have the chance next time!
