It is also a 5-minute drive to Jukjeon Station (Subway Line 2) and Seobu Bus Terminal; convenient transportation is available thanks to nearby bus stops. Parking is available for a monthly fee of 10,000 KRW.

Jincheon Station and Wolbae Station are a 10–20 minute bus ride away. ▶ GS and CU convenience stores are right in front of the building, and there are various restaurants nearby, including spots that serve breakfast. ▶ 5G Wi-Fi is provided, and guests can access Netflix, YouTube, and TV channels. Refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, and dryer are available for use. ▶ Smoking and pets are not permitted. A cleaning fee of 200,000 KRW will be charged if smoking occurs.
