▶ This is a newly built apartment located in Dalseo-gu. It is a quiet complex, making it a great place for business travelers and tourists to relax. ▶ The host lives here, but the guest rooms are located in a separate area to the left of the entrance. The bedrooms and bathrooms are for guest use only, while the kitchen and living room are shared spaces. The layout creates a sense of separation, allowing you to enjoy privacy during your stay. ▶ There are two rooms in total, each equipped with a super-single bed. The listed price is for one room, and I accept only one group of guests at a time. If one person books, you have exclusive use of the room and bathroom; if two people book, you each have your own room but share the bathroom.
▶ It is a 5-minute drive from Namdaegu IC, and 15 minutes by car (or 25 minutes by public transport) from Seodaegu KTX Station (5km away). It is located 5 minutes by car from Jukjeon Station (Subway Line 2) and Seobu Bus Terminal, with a bus stop nearby for convenient travel. Free parking is available for those arriving by car.
▶ On the day of move-in, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. Each room has individual controls for air conditioning and heating.
Located in a quiet neighborhood, the property is close to parks suitable for hiking and walking, as well as Gangjeongbo, Duryu Park, E-World, and Seongdangmot Pond. It is within a 1–2 km radius of government offices such as Dalseo-gu Office, the Public Health Center, the Post Office, the Police Station, and the Fire Station. This accommodation is tailored for nursing trainees at Daegu Medical Center, Dalseo Public Health Center, and nearby hospitals (Bogwang, Bogang, Segang, Gu, W, Yeoseong-i, and Nazareth Hospitals). It is a 10–20 minute bus ride from Jincheon Station and Wolbae Station. ▶ GS and CU convenience stores are right in front, and there are various restaurants nearby. A restaurant serving breakfast is also located right next door. ▶ 5G Wi-Fi is provided, and you can watch Netflix, YouTube, and TV. Refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, and dryer are available for use. ▶ Smoking and pets are not allowed. A cleaning fee of 200,000 KRW will be charged if smoking occurs. Charges may apply for any damage, breakage, or soiling of property. ▶ GS and CU convenience stores are right in front, and there are various restaurants nearby. A restaurant serving breakfast is also located right next door. ▶ 5G Wi-Fi is provided, and you can watch Netflix, YouTube, and TV.
