As this is a temporary rental for real estate purposes, we do not provide toiletries such as toothbrushes, soap, shampoo, conditioner, or towels. Cleaning and changing of the provided bedding are not permitted during the rental period.

Maximum 3 people. No smoking indoors. Please smoke on the terrace. Please separate your trash for recycling. Utilities are included in the management fee, but if gas, water, or electricity usage is excessive after meter reading, additional charges will apply for the extra usage.
1-minute walk to a convenience store, 3-minute walk to a supermarket, restaurants, etc. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in the parking spaces along the road. There is no dedicated parking lot. A cleaning fee of 50,000 won is charged for the first reservation. Compensation for damages will be incurred in the event of damage or contamination of property. Please use the property cleanly.
All utility bills are included in the management fee, but please be aware that excessive use may result in additional charges.
