A newly purchased bed, bedding, TV, internet, and basic tableware are provided and available for use. Hygiene products such as toothbrushes, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and towels are not provided. During the rental period, cleaning and replacement of the set bedding are not provided.
Onggi Village is 7 minutes away by car, Onsan Industrial Complex is within 15 minutes, Jinha Beach is within 20 minutes, Ganjeolgot is within 30 minutes, Lotte Outlet, Lotte World, and IKEA are within 30 minutes.
Check-in is contactless. Pets and indoor smoking are prohibited. If caught, a cleaning fee of 200,000 KRW will be charged for odor removal, so please refrain from doing so.
If the item is damaged or soiled, you will be charged for the cost of damages. Please use it cleanly.
All utility bills are included in the management fee, but please be aware that additional charges may apply for excessive use.
