Located between Busan Station and the International Passenger Terminal, this high-end Marina G7 residence (approx. 1,587 sq. ft. / 48 pyeong) offers a full ocean view and comes fully equipped with premium appliances, including a Samsung refrigerator with a built-in ice maker and water purifier (valued at 10 million KRW) and an LG Styler.
The building is connected to Busan Station and the passenger terminal via a pedestrian deck (with moving walkways) and is a 3-minute walk away.
Once the contract is finalized, you will be issued a card for building access and use of community facilities. As this is not an accommodation facility, toiletries are not provided. Bedding rental is handled by a separate provider; please inquire if needed.
The entire unit is a non-smoking area. You must consult with us in advance if you intend to bring pets or plants; please note that charges for special cleaning or wallpaper replacement will be billed if smoking or the presence of pets/plants causes interior damage or odors. The person who made the reservation bears full responsibility for any civil or criminal liabilities arising from the unauthorized entry of individuals not included in the booking.
Maintenance fees (150,000 KRW per week) and the cleaning fee (150,000 KRW, charged once) must be paid in advance before move-in. Use of the community swimming pool and sauna is free up to 20 times per month. Parking for one vehicle is free; a second vehicle incurs an additional monthly fee of 30,000 KRW. Charges not included in the maintenance fee will be calculated and billed upon move-out.
