Once the contract is confirmed, we will provide you with a card that allows access to the premises and community facilities. As this is not a lodging establishment, hygiene products are not provided. Bedding rental is available through a separate company, so please inquire if needed.
If you wish to enter with more people than the reserved number or with pets, you must discuss it in advance. Please note that if any civil or criminal damages occur due to unauthorized entry, all responsibility lies with the contractor. Please check before entering if you wish to rent bedding or hygiene products.
This is a luxury residence with a separate deposit, so please inquire before signing the contract. The weekly maintenance fee of 100,000 KRW and the cleaning fee of 200,000 KRW (charged once) are prepaid. Electricity, gas, and utility bills are due upon departure. The community pool and sauna are free for 20 visits per month. One parking space is free; additional spaces will incur a charge. Items not included in the management fee will be settled and billed upon departure.
