Located between the Kyungpook National University North Gate and the Social Sports Center. Free parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis along the main road or in nearby alleys (the host is not responsible for any issues arising from illegal parking).
Check-in is contactless (though in-person check-in is also available); if, due to scheduling, you must be assigned a different room on the same floor of the same building, we will notify you in advance. As this is a rental unit, please inquire in advance regarding the purchase or rental of bedding and toiletries. Room sizes and layouts are virtually identical. Smoking and pets are not permitted. The bed is a premium Ace Bed (double size).
It’s a convenient and great location near the National University commercial district. Close to Bukmun Rodeo Street and the Bokhyeon Five-way Intersection food alley. Also near Dongdaegu Station, the Distribution Complex, and EXCO.
Maintenance fees (50,000 KRW per week) and the cleaning fee (50,000 KRW, charged once during the stay) are payable in advance. City gas costs are metered separately and settled either monthly or upon check-out. Additional management fees may be charged in cases of excessive use of utilities such as electricity and water. A partial refund of the cleaning fee may be available depending on the condition of the unit upon check-out.
The host was incredibly kind and very accommodating to my needs. I had a comfortable stay without any issues! The place was spotless, too. I thought it would just be a room where I’d need to bring my own supplies, but it’s fully stocked with the essentials—just like an Airbnb! I was worried it might be noisy since it's near a school, but I never lost any sleep due to noise during my two-week stay!
