(★Violation results in immediate eviction and forfeiture of the security deposit!) *Cooking foods that cause oil splatters or strong odors is prohibited (e.g., deep-frying, pork belly, fish, etc.). *As this is not a commercial lodging facility, amenities (toiletries, personal hygiene items, etc.), tableware, and bedding are not provided. *Utility charges (electricity, gas, water) will be billed based on actual usage upon check-out. *Cleaning and waste disposal fees are separate. Please dispose of your personal trash upon check-out. Failure to do so will result in a waste disposal charge (covering bags, labor, etc.). Unauthorized occupancy by another person will result in immediate contract termination and eviction, with no refunds provided. - Shopping and Commercial Facilities : Yeonseo Market / Yeonsinnae Rodeo / E-Mart Eunpyeong / NC Department Store Bulgwang / Lotte Mall Eunpyeong / Starfield Goyang / IKEA Goyang, etc. - Medical Facilities : The Catholic University of Korea Eunpyeong St. Mary's Hospital / Cheonggu Sacred Heart Hospital / Eunpyeong Yonsei Hospital, etc. - Cultural and Leisure Facilities : CGV Bulgwang / Lotte Cinema / Bulgwangcheon Stream / Bukhansan National Park, etc.
All utility costs are excluded from the management fee. *Charges are calculated based on meter readings upon check-out, and the guest is responsible for payment. *Water charges are calculated and billed per person. The management fee is based on single occupancy. *Maximum occupancy is two people (additional fee for one extra person: 20,000 KRW per week).
