Details of maintenance fees: Common electricity, common area cleaning, etc. All utility bills are not included in the maintenance fee. *The amount will be calculated after checking the meter upon check-out, and the guest must pay the amount. *Water is calculated and billed per person. I thought the cost was low, but the deferred payment arrangement ended up feeling like an extra burden. It was my own fault for not checking the details carefully beforehand, though. ㅠ I hope others double-check everything before signing a contract!
