(★Violation will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of deposit!) *Cooking of oily or strong-smelling foods is prohibited (e.g., fried foods, pork belly, fish, etc.) *As this is not a lodging establishment, amenities (bathroom supplies, personal hygiene items, etc.), tableware, and bedding are not provided. *Utilities (electricity, gas, water) will be charged based on usage upon check-out. *Cleaning fees and trash disposal fees are separate. Details of maintenance fees: Common electricity, common area cleaning, etc. All utility bills are not included in the maintenance fee. *The amount will be calculated after checking the meter upon check-out, and the guest must pay the amount. *Water is calculated and billed per person.
