Check-in is contactless. We will provide check-in and usage instructions once your reservation is confirmed. Check-in: 3:00 PM / Check-out: 11:00 AM (Adjustable) Standard occupancy: 4 people; Maximum occupancy: 6 people (An additional fee of 30,000 KRW per person per week applies for each person exceeding the standard occupancy of 4.) Resident registration (moving-in report) is not permitted. Indoor smoking and pets are prohibited. (Violation results in forfeiture of the security deposit and a special cleaning fee of 400,000 KRW.) During your stay, you may dispose of sorted trash at the alley entrance anytime after 8:00 PM, Sunday through Friday. As this is a short-term rental, daily necessities are not provided. Please bring your own disposable items and personal hygiene products. Bedding is available for an additional fee; please inquire for details. Please take care, as you may be charged for damages or cleaning costs if items in the accommodation are broken or soiled. As this is a shared residential building, please be considerate of other residents. (Visitors and parties are prohibited!)
