Check-in is contactless. We will provide check-in and usage instructions once your reservation is confirmed. Check-in: 3:00 PM / Check-out: 11:00 AM (Adjustable) Standard occupancy: 2 people; Maximum occupancy: 4 people (An additional fee of 30,000 KRW per person per week applies for each person beyond the initial two.) Resident registration (moving-in report) is not permitted. Indoor smoking and pets are prohibited. (Violation results in forfeiture of the security deposit and a special cleaning fee of 400,000 KRW.) During your stay, separated waste can be disposed of in the parking area anytime after 8:00 PM (Sunday through Friday). As this is a short-term rental, daily necessities are not provided. Please bring your own disposable items, personal hygiene products, and towels. Bedding is available for an additional fee; please inquire for details. Please take care, as compensation costs may be charged for any damage to or soiling of property within the accommodation.
