It is a comfortable space. We maintain the property using steam cleaning and disinfectants after every guest checks out. The water purifier is regularly serviced by a professional technician. The boiler was replaced in 2026 and is in excellent condition. You can comfortably enjoy Netflix and terrestrial TV channels.

* We will send an information text upon booking, and the specific address and door code on the day of check-in. * Please minimize noise after 10 PM. * Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited. (If smoking is detected during your stay or upon check-out, additional fees will apply for wallpaper cleaning and odor removal, starting with a base surcharge of 200,000 KRW.) Please use the designated smoking area near the outdoor recycling station. * Pets are strictly prohibited. If a pet is found on the premises, you will be required to check out immediately, and additional cleaning fees ranging from 500,000 KRW to 700,000 KRW will be charged depending on the condition of the unit. * Candles are prohibited indoors. The guest bears full liability in the event of a fire. * You must notify us of any additional guests beyond the number originally booked. The standard occupancy is 3 people (maximum 4); an additional fee of 50,000 KRW per week applies for each extra person. * Due to the nature of short-term rentals, bedding, towels, and amenities are not provided as standard items. We offer rental services for bedding and towels. Bedding & towels: 30,000 KRW (2 people) / 20,000 KRW (1 person); Topper rental: 10,000 KRW. * Cleaning fees do not cover waste disposal or recycling; if these are not sorted and disposed of properly upon check-out, an additional 30,000 KRW fee will be charged. (Higher fees may apply for excessive waste or improper sorting.) * You must strictly adhere to these rules; if complaints arise, you will be required to check out regardless of the remaining contract period.
Our accommodation is located in an area that blends residential, commercial, and educational facilities, with a large supermarket and Daiso nearby. Uijeongbu Jeil Market—the largest permanent traditional market in the northern Gyeonggi region—is also just an 8-minute walk away. Additionally, the path along Jungnangcheon Stream is perfect for walking, exercising, and cycling.
The maintenance fee is 50,000 KRW per week. Gas charges are based on usage at 1,000 KRW per unit. Electricity costs are the guest's responsibility from May to September.
