@Please refrain from making noise or moving furniture after 10 PM. (You may be asked to leave if complaints arise.) @Smoking is prohibited indoors and throughout the building; please use the designated smoking area outside on the 1st floor. @Pets are strictly prohibited. A fee of 500,000 to 700,000 KRW will be charged if a violation is discovered, depending on the condition. @Special cleaning fees and additional costs will apply if items are damaged or heavily soiled during your stay. (Special cleaning fee: 200,000 KRW; damage costs: based on the replacement value of the item.) @Check-in: 3 PM / Check-out: 12 PM (Noon) Please strictly adhere to these times. @Gas charges are calculated at 1,000 KRW per unit on the meter. (Please take a photo of the Unit 403 meter on the entryway wall at check-in and another at check-out so usage can be calculated.) @Due to the nature of short-term rentals, bedding, towels, and supplies are not provided as standard amenities. Bedding and towels are available for rent. Bedding & towels (2 people): 30,000 KRW Bedding & towels (1 person): 20,000 KRW Mattress topper rental: 10,000 KRW @The base occupancy is 2 people, with a maximum of 3 people allowed. An additional fee of 50,000 KRW per week applies for each extra person. @You must restore the unit to its original condition upon check-out. Additionally, an extra cleaning fee of 30,000 KRW will be charged if recycling, general waste, and food waste have not been properly disposed of. You must strictly adhere to the above rules; failure to do so—or causing disturbance to residents, generating complaints, or violating indoor regulations—will result in mandatory check-out, regardless of the remaining contract period.
