The house offers privacy thanks to its bamboo fencing and features a well-maintained garden. Convenience stores (GS and CU) are just a one-minute walk away, ensuring easy access to essentials. Since this was originally a second home rather than a commercial rental property, it offers the cozy, comfortable atmosphere of a real family home. Dogs are welcome, and the house is highly recommended for extended stays of a month or longer.
There is a bus stop a 3-minute walk away, but service is infrequent, so we recommend using a private vehicle.

The rent includes all utilities. However, additional charges will apply if utility usage is excessive—specifically, more than double the average.
