This is a private country house located in Sucheok Village, Jangsu-gun. It is situated in a peaceful village featuring a lovely, small stream right out front and close proximity to Mt. Jirisan and various valleys. All necessary amenities are provided, so you can simply pack light and enjoy a relaxing, comfortable stay. Large supermarkets and the town center are just a short drive away, and with parking and a recycling area right in front of the house, it is the perfect accommodation for those wishing to experience a hassle-free month of country living. (Currently, reservations are available for stays of 2 weeks or longer; please contact us via chat if you wish to book for less than 2 weeks.)
There is a bus stop right in front of the house, but since it is a rural area with infrequent service, we recommend using a private vehicle.
Check-in is contactless. We will send you a brief accommodation manual once the booking is confirmed.
- Self check-in; no smoking; waste must be sorted for recycling; no loud noise. - Strictly no smoking indoors; a fine and cleaning fee will be charged if smoking occurs. - An additional 20,000 KRW will be added to the standard cleaning fee if a pet accompanies you. *Additional restoration costs may be charged if furniture or fixtures are severely damaged or if there is excessive pet hair.
The rent includes all utilities. However, additional charges will apply if utility usage is excessive—specifically, more than double the average.
