This is a fully renovated 2-room apartment within a 10-minute walk from Jeongneung Station. Each room is equipped with one queen-size bed and one double-single bed. It is recommended for those who need temporary accommodation for business trips or while moving. The owner lives in the building, but the entrance is separate, allowing for independent living. CCTV is installed, and there is a park in front of the house where you can take a short walk. It is a quiet neighborhood.
-Within a 10-minute walk from Jeongneung Station on the Ui-Sinseol Line -Sungshin Women's University Station is one stop away. -There are also various bus routes, so you can easily travel to various areas such as Gangnam and Jongno.
- Check-in is available after 3 PM. - Check-out must be completed before 11 AM. If you wish to check in early or check out late, there will be an additional charge. Please inquire in advance. ※ We do not charge a separate cleaning fee. Instead, when you check out, please dispose of all trash and clean the bathroom you used. If the room is not cleaned, you will be charged a cleaning fee of 100,000 KRW. ※ We would really like to help with parking, but we do not have any parking space available ourselves, so we cannot assist. We understand that 'Kim Young-hee Dongtae-tang' nearby offers monthly parking. Please check before booking your accommodation. ※ For utilities, you will need to pay separately for electricity in the summer and gas in the winter. If the utility cost exceeds the management fee, the difference may be charged. Please keep this in mind when using the facilities. ※ The separate electricity or gas fees will be settled upon check-out after confirming the amount used. Check-out will proceed after settlement.
- If you need a dryer, there is a coin laundry within a 5-minute walk. - There is a convenience store and an unmanned cafe in front of the house. - Tableware and pots are provided, but seasonings are not. 🔻 Precautions (Immediate eviction for violations) 🔻 1. Absolutely no smoking. Please smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts yourself. Smoking is also prohibited on the basement stairs. 2. Only the number of people specified in the rental agreement may use the property. 3. You must compensate for any damage or loss during your stay. 4. Do not put any foreign objects such as toilet paper or wet wipes in the toilet. If the toilet is clogged, it will back up into the entire building, so it is absolutely prohibited!
Items not included in the management fee will be settled and charged upon departure. If items included in the management fee are used excessively, additional management fees may be requested. *Gas fees are calculated separately in winter, and electricity fees are calculated separately in summer.*
The landlord is kind and provides quick communication and action if there are any problems. I was worried because it was my first time staying in a semi-basement, but it was cozy and nice.
