It is the perfect place for those needing temporary accommodation due to business trips or moving house. The landlord lives right downstairs and CCTV is installed, so you don't need to worry about security.

- Check-in is available from 3:00 PM. - Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. If you would like an early check-in or late check-out, there is an additional fee. Please inquire in advance! ^^ 🔴 We do not charge a separate cleaning fee. Instead, upon check-out, please clear away all trash and clean the bathroom you used. Please treat the space as if it were your own home. ^^
- Located near the peaceful Jeongneung Stream and right in front of a children's park, this is a very quiet neighborhood.^^ - If you need a dryer, there is a coin laundry within a 5-minute walk! - There is a convenience store and an unmanned café right in front of the house. - Tableware and pots are provided, but seasonings are not! - Parking is not available. - A cleaning fee applies if you wish to stay with a pet. 🔴Important Rules (Violation may result in eviction)🔴 1. Strictly no smoking indoors. Please smoke outside and dispose of cigarette butts yourself. 2. Only the number of guests specified in the rental agreement are permitted to stay. 3. You will be required to pay for any damage or loss that occurs during your stay.
Please note that additional utility charges may apply if included services are used excessively. Meter readings for gas (in winter) and electricity (in summer) will be taken upon both check-in and check-out, and you will be billed separately based on your actual usage. Please keep this in mind when using the facilities.
I had a really great stay here while my house was being remodeled! The location is excellent, so I made great use of the nearby convenience stores and laundromats. The host was also very kind. I highly recommend this place!
I had a good time and am leaving now~
