This is a dormitory building. The first floor has a kitchen, laundry room, water purifier, dryer, and highlight. Each room has a TV, air conditioner, small refrigerator, and bathroom. This is a dormitory for Vietnamese students, not a motel. Parking is always available in the parking lot. You must bring your own bedding and toiletries. There is no elevator.
It's right near the bus stop.
The management fee includes water, internet, and electricity.
It's a bit inconvenient not having an elevator, but the view is great, parking is incredibly easy, and it offers excellent value for money.
