Changwon, Busan, Tongyeong, and Gimhae are all within an hour's drive, making it perfect for day trips to various places. You can also get here by bus from the bus terminal to Okpo Intersection. The bus terminal for buses going to Busan Sasang and Jinju is located across the street at Okpo Intersection. Maemi Castle, Deokpo Beach, Okpo Waterfront Park, Neungsomongdol Beach, Jiseop Port Sea World, Jangseungpo Port, Gohyeon Market, the terminal, and various trendy cafes are all within a 15-minute drive, so the location is unbeatable.
Move-in is conducted remotely. On the morning of your move-in day, we will send you a text message regarding the main entrance, the regularly updated front door lock password, and instructions on how to connect to Wi-Fi. Check-in time: 3:00 PM. Check-out time: 11:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. Each room is equipped with a system air conditioner for a comfortable stay, and there is a bathtub in the bathroom.
With the mountain right in front, the air is wonderful, and the CU convenience store within the complex is open until 1 AM, making it very convenient. → There is a food waste disposal area and recycling sorting center right on the 1st floor, which is very convenient. → The gym is available for free use. It is also nice to use the tea tables at the apartment playground. There is ample parking. Many retired couples, families with children, business travelers, and tourists visit again; satisfaction is high because it is clean and fully equipped. Please do not worry, as all bedding and towels are washed and dried after every stay. The standard occupancy is 4 people, but up to 12 people can check in; there is an additional fee for guests exceeding 4 people. It is perfect for 2-3 families to visit together.

We found this place after urgently looking for short-term accommodation for two weeks because heavy rains in Geoje caused power and water outages at our apartment. Since it is a newly built property, it was spotless and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, making it even more comfortable than staying at a hotel. With three children, I had to handle meals, laundry, and getting them to school, but we had a wonderful time and made great memories in this clean, lovely new apartment. The host is kind and promptly addresses any requests. Looking back while writing this review, I can only think of positives. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Geoje or looking for short-term accommodation!
You must have had such a difficult time due to the recent heavy rains. You really went through a lot resolving your housing situation and finding a new place to call home.
