The large room has a hotel-style queen bed, a high-performance audio system, an air purifier, and a dressing table console. The small room has a super single bed, a chest of drawers, and a built-in wardrobe. The living room has an internet TV, a sofa, a lift-up table, an air purifier, and a dining table. It is equipped with basic household items, tableware, and appliances for preparing meals. As this is a rental and not an accommodation facility, disposable items such as towels are not provided. However, if you are in a hurry and not prepared, bedding can be rented (please chat with us). We ask that you rest peacefully and use the space cleanly, as if it were your own home.
It is within a 5-minute walk of Chowol Station (Gyeonggang Line), making it easily accessible by public transportation. It also has excellent access to Seongnam, Bundang, Pangyo, and Seoul due to its proximity to urban expressway entrances and exits. It is a transportation hub with excellent accessibility in all directions.
