Although originally a three-room layout, we have opened it up as a two-room unit to offer better value for money. The spacious living room ensures comfort even for larger groups when using floor topper mats. The master bedroom features a hotel-style queen bed, a high-quality audio system, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom. The second room is furnished with a super-single bed, a bookshelf, and a large table with chairs; it offers a relaxing atmosphere with views of trees and the forest through the window. The living room is equipped with a 55-inch TV, air conditioner, air purifier, sofa, lift-top table, and rocking chair. The kitchen includes a large double-door refrigerator, microwave, and rice cooker, and connects to a spacious veranda where the washing machine is located.
It is a 5-minute drive or an 18-minute walk to Chowol Station, and a 4-minute walk to a convenience store; local amenities—including a grocery mart and Daiso—are within walking distance. A large flower complex is located along the main road, and a local bus stop is nearby. There are many restaurants and cafes along the route to Chowol Station. The area offers excellent transportation connectivity, with easy access to highway interchanges leading to Seongnam, Pangyo, and Seoul. It is also a great location for walking and exercising.
Once the contract is confirmed, I will provide the door code and move-in instructions via a contactless method. As this is a rental arrangement rather than a commercial lodging business, disposable items, towels, and bedding are not provided. However, if you are moving in on short notice and haven't prepared these items, bedding is available for rent; the laundry fee is 13,000 KRW for one person or 20,000 KRW for two, regardless of the duration of use. There is a fee of 10,000 KRW per week for Wi-Fi and TV access. I will provide account details for the bedding and internet fees once the contract is finalized. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Please smoke only on the separate veranda (using an ashtray) or, preferably, outdoors to prevent odors and fire hazards. I hope you enjoy a comfortable, home-like stay and keep the space clean.
All utility charges are included in the management fee. Additional management fees may be charged in the event of excessive usage of the included utilities.
