Located at the entrance to Namhang Bridge, the property offers easy access to various parts of Busan via routes such as Busanhang Bridge and Gwangan Bridge; it is a 20-minute drive or a 30-minute public transport ride to Busan Station. It takes 35 minutes by car or one hour by public transport to reach the airport. A bus stop is located just a one-minute walk away.
Water and gas charges are included, but electricity is excluded. Electricity is billed based on actual usage measured by a separate meter. We will discuss the settlement if there is an unusually high level of consumption compared to the previous month.
