298 Mangyang-ro, Jung-gu, Busan 2F

This is a three-story house built on a hillside facing the Sanbok-doro (mountainside road); the third floor is at street level (next to Gaenari Super), and the short-term rental unit is a 2.5-room space located on the second floor. The unit features two bedrooms, a combined living room and kitchen, a washroom, and a toilet. While the rooms themselves do not offer a view, there is a rooftop terrace with a panoramic view of Busan Port and the sea. The rooftop is accessible at any time, including at night. It is within walking distance of Gwangbok-dong and Gukje Market, offering an authentic local Busan experience.
Buses bound for Busan Station (20 minutes) and Sasang Station stop right in front of the house, and there is also a local bus to Gukje Market (5 minutes). You can easily reach destinations such as Busan Station, Jungang Station, Choryang Station, Jagalchi Station, Gukje Market, Bosu-dong Book Street, Songdo Beach, and North Port Waterfront Park via public transportation. Gukje Market and Gwangbok-dong Street are a 10-minute walk away through the neighborhood alleys. Gwangalli and Haeundae are about an hour away by a combination of bus and subway.
Check-in and check-out are contactless. No separate check-out cleaning is required. Please purchase official waste bags for general trash, and place recyclables in a regular bag outside your door. Please place food waste in the provided food waste bin and leave it outside your door.
This room is located along the Sanbok-doro (mountainside road), offering a chance to experience the unique local vibe of Busan. Enjoying coffee or a beer on the rooftop makes for a truly special experience. While the Sanbok-doro area is characterized by numerous stairs, alleys, and a complex layout, the room itself is clean, private, and convenient. It is highly recommended for a "workation" or an extended stay in Busan.
All utility charges are included in the management fee, with the exception of electricity costs incurred from summer air conditioning use (there is a separate electricity meter, which will be verified upon move-in). We will also discuss matters separately in the event of excessive usage of other utilities.
It's been remodeled, so it's nice and clean.
I had a very comfortable stay. The host was incredibly kind. The room was spacious and clean. I was satisfied with everything, except for the parking, which was a bit inconvenient.
I had a nice, relaxing stay.
