- It takes about 7 minutes on foot from Exit 2 or 3 of Guui Station on Line 2. - It takes about 7 minutes on foot from Exit 1 of Gangbyeon Station on Line 2. - It takes 5 minutes on foot from Dong Seoul Bus Terminal and the Airport Bus Stop. - There is a bus stop right in front of the accommodation. - It takes 20-30 minutes by bus to Asan Hospital. (97 minutes 20 minutes, Gangdong 01 25 minutes)
*Reservations are only accepted for move-ins within 7 days of the previous reservation's completion. *After the contract is confirmed, the address and check-in instructions will be sent 1 day before check-in. - The room is set up for one person. (Since it's a studio, it can accommodate up to 3 people.) - Check-in is contactless. - Check-in instructions, including the room's passcode, will be provided on the morning of the check-in day.
- Registration of move-in is not possible. - Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited indoors. If smoking or pets are found, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. (Professional cleaning service fee of 400,000 KRW, including e-cigarettes) - Parking is not available. There is a "Guui 3-dong Public Parking Lot" across from the building, so please inquire there. - As it is located on a main road, there will be some car noise. (The host has stayed there for a few days~) - We have paid attention to cleanliness and amenities to make your stay comfortable. - Although it is a duplex structure, the living space is entirely set up on the first floor as it is difficult to go up and down. - Due to the nature of short-term rentals, toilet paper, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, detergent, and fabric softener are not provided. - Bedding can be rented for 20,000 KRW per set (single), which includes a pillow, duvet, and mattress mat.
Electricity, gas, water, and internet are included in the management fee. However, if you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional fee later. (Please treat it like your own home~)
I was worried because it was close to the subway station, a commercial building, and on the roadside, but it was quieter than I thought, so I rested comfortably. The host was also kind, which was nice.
It's a really nice room.
I stayed for a week due to interior construction. I chose it because it was within walking distance of my child's school, and my family of three stayed there. The bed was a super single, so we brought a queen topper and laid it on the floor. It felt like we were on a trip, with the whole family gathered in one room. ^^ Although the accommodation isn't large, it was cleanly set up and had all the necessary items, so we had a comfortable stay. The loft had a steep staircase, so we used it for luggage storage. There are many restaurants around the officetel, and the transportation is good, so we had a great stay. ~~~~~
