We will do our best to ensure you have a comfortable stay in a location with excellent transport links. Although the building is a bit older, we have paid special attention to cleanliness inside. While there are commercial shops on the ground floor, the accommodation itself is quiet. - Approx. 7-minute walk from Guui Station (Exit 2) and Gangbyeon Station (Exit 1) on Line 2 - (Ground floor) 1 Super Single bed, (Loft) 1 Single floor topper
- It takes about a 7-minute walk from Exit 2 or 3 of Guui Station (Line 2). - It takes about a 7-minute walk from Exit 1 of Gangbyeon Station (Line 2). - It is a 5-minute walk from Dong Seoul Terminal and the airport bus stop. - There is a bus stop right in front of the accommodation. - It takes 20–30 minutes by bus to Asan Medical Center. (Bus No. 97: 20 min; Gangdong 01: 25 min)
*Reservations are accepted only for move-ins scheduled within 7 days of the booking date. *Once the booking is confirmed, a message containing the address and check-in instructions will be sent one day prior to arrival. - The unit is set up for one person (though it can accommodate up to three people, given the studio layout). - The check-in process is contactless. - Check-in details, such as the door code, will be provided on the morning of your scheduled move-in day.
- Resident registration (moving-in report) is not possible. - Indoor smoking and pets are strictly prohibited. An additional cleaning fee will be charged if smoking or pets are detected (400,000 KRW for professional cleaning services; applies to e-cigarettes as well). - Parking is not available. Please check with the "Guui 3-dong Public Parking Lot" located across from the building. - As the building is located next to a main road, some traffic noise is audible. (The host has stayed here for a few days!) - We have focused on cleanliness and providing essential amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. - Although the unit has a loft structure, the stairs are difficult to navigate, so the entire living area is set up on the ground floor. - Due to the nature of short-term rentals, items such as toilet paper, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent, and fabric softener are not provided. - Bedding (pillow, duvet, and mattress pad—single size) is available for rent at a cost of 20,000 KRW per set.
Electricity, gas, water, and internet are included in the maintenance fee. However, please note that additional charges may apply if usage is excessive. (Please treat the place with care, just like your own home!)
Thanks to the kind and responsible host, I had a comfortable six-week stay. Although the building is older and shows some signs of wear, I stayed comfortably without any major issues. The interior was cozy and well-organized; there was an attic-like space (rather than a standard loft), and while I didn't use it, the higher ceilings made the unit feel spacious rather than cramped. The best part was the lush trees outside the back window—I could hear birdsong, making it feel like I was staying at a mountain retreat or a vacation rental. I recommend keeping the windows closed at night, though, as flying insects can get in despite the screens. The location is right between Gangbyeon Station and Guui Station, offering plenty of great restaurants, and there is a convenience store and a community center right outside the back exit. Having a 24-hour grocery store and a side-dish shop nearby was also very convenient.

I was worried because the weather suddenly got hotter, but the air conditioner was very cool and worked well, and the water was very warm when I washed, which was nice. And it was quiet at night when I went to bed, which was nice! There was also a TV, so I wasn't bored. Overall, it was great!
