- It takes about 7 minutes on foot from Exit 2 or 3 of Guui Station on Line 2. - It takes about 7 minutes on foot from Exit 1 of Gangbyeon Station on Line 2. - It takes 5 minutes on foot from Dong Seoul Bus Terminal and the airport bus stop. - There is a bus stop right in front of the accommodation.
- Based on 2 people (maximum 4 people). For additional guests over 2 people, an extra 40,000 KRW per person per week will be charged. (It is suitable for 1-2 people as it is a studio.) - Check-in is contactless. - Check-in information, such as the room password, will be provided on the morning of the check-in day.
- Registration of move-in is not possible. - Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited indoors. If smoking or pets are found, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. (Professional cleaning service fee of 400,000 won) - Parking is not available. There is a "Guui 3-dong Public Parking Lot" nearby, so please inquire there. - Since it is very close to Line 2, you can hear the subway noise a little. (The host has stayed there for a few days~) - There is a commercial area on the first floor, so there is some noise when you open the window. - We have paid attention to cleanliness and amenities to make your stay comfortable. - Although it is a duplex structure, it is difficult to go up and down, so all living spaces are set up on the first floor. - Due to the nature of short-term rentals, toilet paper, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, detergent, and fabric softener are not provided.
All utility bills, including electricity, gas, water, and internet, are included in the management fee. However, if you use the included items excessively, additional charges may be requested later. (Please be mindful of your usage as if it were your own home.)
I had a good stay.
I stayed here for a month due to interior construction. I chose this place considering the distance to my child's school. My family of three, including my child, spent time together in close quarters for the first time in a while, haha. It helped build internal and external intimacy, lol. Bedding was provided for one person, so I brought a sleeping bag and pillow. Although it was an older officetel, I could feel the host's consideration in every detail, which made my stay comfortable. There was also a vacuum cleaner and plenty of kitchenware. Oh, I brought plenty of hangers from home. It's a duplex structure, but the ladder is steep, so I didn't use it for climbing but for storing luggage, etc. Surprisingly, it was good for space utilization as I could put my luggage up there. Thanks to this, I had a comfortable month-long stay!
