It's a residential area, so you can stay quietly. Daiso, Olive Young, cafes, and convenience stores are nearby. Please use the laundromat within a 1-minute walk. Nanggok Intersection has a food street, so you can eat out. Yangji Hospital, Boramae Hospital, Kangnam Sacred Heart Hospital, Chung-Ang University Hospital, and Gocheok Sky Dome are all accessible by bus in one go.
The weekly management fee of 70,000 KRW includes electricity, gas, water, and internet usage fees. This amount is calculated based on typical living usage, and excessive use (such as prolonged use of heating/air conditioning) may incur additional charges.
I highly recommend staying at this accommodation! Although it's a semi-basement, it doesn't feel like one at all. It's a place where you can truly relax your mind and body! The price is also very reasonable, and the host is incredibly kind! It's a shame that I only got to meet them briefly because I was traveling, but it's a place I'd like to visit again. If you're in this area, I definitely recommend this accommodation. 🤗🤗
