🚇 Sindaebang Station (Line 2) is about a 10-minute walk away, offering convenient access to areas like Hongdae, Sinchon, Gangnam, and Seongsu. 🚌 A bus stop is just 3 minutes away, with major routes serving Gangnam, Seoul National University, Sillim, Sharosugil, Guro, and Gasan. 🏥 You can reach Boramae Hospital, Yangji Hospital, Gangnam Sacred Heart Hospital, Chung-Ang University Hospital, and Gocheok Sky Dome directly by bus.
Check-in is contactless. Smoking indoors and pets are not permitted. Cooking utensils, pots, and tableware are provided. Please bring your own personal hygiene items (toiletries, etc.). Grilling fish or meat is not allowed. There is no washing machine in the unit; please use the laundromat located a one-minute walk away. We will send you an information message once the booking is confirmed.
It is located in a residential area, so it is quiet. It is conveniently close to the restaurant district, Olive Young, Daiso, cafes, and convenience stores at Nangok Intersection, and you can use the laundromat located just a one-minute walk away.
All utility costs are included in the management fee. Please use utilities responsibly—just as you would at home—as excessive usage may result in a request for additional charges. 🙏
Easy access to public transport. The host was very accommodating and allowed us to extend our checkout time due to a late flight. The place was very cute and close to a laundromat and a convenience store. I would love to stay there again in the future :)
The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The landlord is very friendly and helpful, responding quickly to inquiries.
