Please contact us if you have trouble obtaining them. 🩵 Basic tableware is provided. 🩵 During your stay, you are responsible for cleaning, laundry, and waste sorting/disposal (available 24 hours a day on the 1st floor).
🩵 Standard occupancy is 2 people; outside guests are not permitted. (Please inquire about additional fees for extra guests.) 🩵 Please avoid causing complaints due to parties or noise that disturbs neighbors. 🩵 Please dispose of trash and recyclables upon checkout (Recycling area on the 1st floor). 🩵 Pets are not allowed (Please inquire; however, damages will be claimed in cases of breakage, soiling, or odors). 🚭 Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited. You may be asked to leave if complaints arise due to noise or smoking (no refunds). 🩵 Resident registration (moving-in report) is not permitted. 🩵 Violation of these terms may result in contract termination without a refund of fees or the security deposit; additionally, the tenant will be held liable for any damages resulting from such violations. 🩵 Double the cleaning fee will be charged in cases of severe odor or soiling! 🩵 Please contact us if you have any questions. 😊 We welcome guests who will keep the place tidy—treating it like their own room—and who are courteous. 😊 We ask for your understanding if our response is slightly delayed.
