It is located in a residential area near Cheonan Elementary School and Bokja Girls' Middle and High School, so the neighborhood is quiet and clean. The building owner lives on-site and directly manages the building, so it is always clean and safe. Immediate response is possible in case of problems during your stay. Security cameras (CCTV) are installed, and the common entrance password is changed periodically to manage building security. With a kitchen, living room, home bar, exercise space, and terrace, you can stay comfortably and pleasantly in a spacious house without feeling cramped.

We provide 8 ramen noodles, 12 coffee capsules, and some cereal per person per month. We provide one pack of 2-liter water bottles (6 bottles) per month for making coffee. We provide kitchen detergent and scrubbers. You must prepare your own toilet paper, laundry detergent, and toiletries. A microwave, toaster, 2 coffee machines (Dolce Gusto, Nespresso), wine refrigerator, air fryer, and tableware (pots, pans, bowls, plates, spoons, chopsticks, ladles, mugs, glasses, kitchen knives, scissors, etc.) are provided. A shared computer is installed in the common area. You can watch various OTT services on the Android Smart TV. - Accounts are not provided. Common areas such as the living room, kitchen, and bathroom are cleaned regularly depending on their cleanliness.
