Olle Market is located nearby, and tourist attractions such as Lee Jung-seop Street, Jeongbang Falls, and Cheonjiyeon Falls are relatively close. There is a convenience store at the main gate of the complex, and large supermarkets such as Homeplus are nearby. Seogwipo Folk Five-Day Market is also located about a 5-minute drive away.
All items except electricity and gas are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested.
It’s the perfect place for a month-long stay. Located in the heart of Seogwipo, it was convenient to walk into the city center. It even came with a dryer, which I made great use of. The value for money is unbeatable. The apartment complex is quiet, and the view of Hallasan Mountain from the back is spectacular. It was a bit bittersweet leaving a place I’d grown so fond of.
This was hands down the best accommodation I’ve ever stayed at for a month-long trip to Jeju Island. The location in Seogwipo was fantastic, making it easy to travel anywhere, and with great amenities like restaurants and supermarkets nearby, we experienced absolutely no inconvenience throughout our entire stay. Above all, the facilities were excellent, ensuring pure comfort during our time there, and communication with the host was prompt and seamless. My mother usually has very high standards, but this time, she was completely satisfied the moment she walked in and raved that it was the best place she had ever stayed. We even ended up extending our stay. I usually worry the most about the condition of the accommodation when my parents travel on their own, but I felt so relieved knowing I didn't have to worry about that here. We had such a wonderful stay that the month flew by in the blink of an eye. It was truly the best experience, and I would absolutely want to stay here again the next time I visit Jeju.
The stylish interior, neat furnishings, the host's welcome kit, and prompt communication made my two-week Jeju trip comfortable. The apartment is quiet and safe. You can walk to Seogwipo city center, restaurants, the library, and the Olle Trail. You can travel from Seongsan to Moseulpo by car. I definitely want to go back on my next visit. I recommend it to those who want to have a workcation or a relaxing trip in Seogwipo, Jeju.
