This is a neat apartment that was renovated last September. It is conveniently located near Korea University, Sungshin Women's University, Korea University Hospital, and Seoul National University Hospital. In addition to standard appliances and furniture, we provide a microwave, tableware, cooking utensils, air conditioning, internet access, and filters for the sink, shower, and washbasin; we also ensure a pleasant environment with monthly professional pest control services. - The rate is based on two guests, with a maximum capacity of four. (An additional fee of 20,000 KRW per person per week applies for groups of three or more.) Situated right in front of the Gaeunsan Mountain walking trails, the apartment is located in a quiet, eco-friendly residential area with fresh air.
It is located just 3 meters from the local bus terminus, making it very convenient to get around.

Bedding is available upon request for an additional fee, and a one-time laundry charge of 50,000 KRW applies upon checkout. :)
Electricity, water, gas, and internet charges are included; however, additional fees based on actual costs may be charged for excessive usage.
