There is a bus stop within a 5-minute walk of the officetel that can take you to downtown Anseong. There is a stop within a 10-minute walk that can take you to Pyeongtaek and Seoul terminals, making it convenient to use public transportation.
Check-in can be done in person or remotely. Detailed usage instructions will be provided separately after the contract is confirmed. Smoking and pets are not allowed indoors. Please turn off the electricity and heating when you go out to be considerate of the next user.
Convenience stores, parks, and other amenities are well-equipped around the officetel. There is a Russian market nearby, a local restaurant where you can taste Central Asian food, and a Vietnamese pho restaurant run by a local Vietnamese person, so you can enjoy a unique lifestyle. If the property is damaged or contaminated, you may be charged for repair or cleaning costs.
The weekly maintenance fee of 20,000 won includes the management and cleaning costs for common areas. Electricity, water, and internet usage fees are also included in the maintenance fee, but excessive use may incur additional charges, so please use them sparingly. Please be sure to turn off the lights when you go out.
