It's a quiet and clean room, and the building has excellent accessibility to amenities such as a convenience store, laundromat, library, restaurants, and coffee shops. We provide a space where you can stay as comfortably as if it were your own home.^^

Lotte Department Store and Shin Jung-dong Station Line 7 are connected by an underground passage, and it is located near amenities such as a cinema, hospital, Daiso, Starbucks, a food alley, and convenience stores. It is equipped with a TV with Netflix, various tableware, amenities, a refrigerator, air conditioner, hair dryer, coffee pot, microwave, washing machine, and humidifier.

The host seems incredibly tidy; every nook and cranny is charmingly decoratedโI was even pleasantly surprised to find a high-end Dyson cordless vacuum. They also thoughtfully provided all the necessary amenitiesโthank you so much! Since itโs a brand-new building, everything is flawless; even the refrigerator is a built-in model. Thereโs direct access to the subway station from the basement, and being in a newly developed area, thereโs a huge variety of restaurants and bars (itโs bustling with people). With Lotte Department Store right across the street and Hyundai Department Store and E-Mart within walking distance, the location is incredibly convenientโitโs the perfect place to stay. You can wake up to the sunrise over the hill, and there are views of Namsan Seoul Tower and the Lotte World Tower in the distance. Highly recommended! I honestly just want to live there permanently, haha.
I had a good time in a clean house. The host guided me well in many ways. I had a pleasant time. I will visit again next time.
