This is a clean room that was recently remodeled. It's a fully furnished room with a bed and TV. We have prepared two queen beds for your comfort. During the day, you can walk through the vibrant streets of Busan, and at night, you can unwind on a quiet hill. Busan Station, Nampo-dong, Jagalchi Market, and Gamcheon Culture Village are all nearby, making it convenient to get around and a great location for balancing tourism and daily life. Whether you're staying for a short time or a bit longer, this is a home where you can experience Busan without any pressure. It's a perfect accommodation for those who want to experience Busan comfortably, whether for a business trip, hospital visit, travel, or even a short-term stay.

- Contactless use is the principle. - Please close the door gently so as not to disturb the neighbors. - Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, but check-in time can be negotiated depending on the situation. - Please dispose of trash in the separate collection bins on the 1st floor. - There may be guests waiting after you. - Please adhere to the check-out time. - Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you the password and check-in instructions via text message on the morning of your arrival. - The standard occupancy is 2 people. (Maximum 4 people, please contact us if you need to add more people.) [Precautions] - Smoking is prohibited indoors. (A deduction of 100,000 KRW will be made from the deposit if smoking is detected indoors.) - Pets are not allowed. - Loud noises from drinking and shouting are strictly prohibited.
🏥 Hospital and living infrastructure are stable Pusan National University Hospital, Dong-A University Hospital, etc. It is suitable for stays for the purpose of visiting a hospital as large general hospitals are nearby. It is a neighborhood with well-equipped living convenience facilities such as pharmacies, supermarkets, and restaurants. Convenience stores are close and laundromats are close. The chicken restaurant on the 1st floor has many customers.
If you overuse the included items, a management fee may be charged.
The room was spacious and pleasant. Whenever I had a question during my stay, the response was quick and efficient.

The place is really nice, clean, and easy to find. It is close to Busan Station and a convenience store. The owner is so friendly and even gave us a small gift because we were heading to an event. Thank you so much!
