- The move-in process is contactless. - Free parking registration is available for one vehicle. (Please send a copy of your vehicle registration in advance for submission to the management office.) ◾️ Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with instructions on move-in and facility usage. ◾️ Indoor smoking and pets are not permitted. ◾️ Please ensure proper waste sorting and recycling. (Recycling area: B1 floor / General waste disposal area: 1st floor)
This unit is personally managed by the host 👩🏻💻 to ensure a clean and pleasant environment, personally overseeing every step, including pre-move-in cleaning and checking supplies. ◾️ No pets allowed ◾️ No indoor smoking (including e-cigarettes) ◾️ Recycling area: B1 floor / Trash disposal area: 1st floor ✔️ Appliances 55-inch Smart TV (Netflix, YouTube, and Wi-Fi available) Washer (with dryer function), A/C, Dyson vacuum, dining table, sofa, bidet, hair dryer ✔️ Bedroom Super single bed, guest mattress topper, vanity, walk-in closet, curtains, hangers, steam iron ✔️ Kitchen Refrigerator, induction cooktop, oven/microwave, pots, frying pan, tableware, electric kettle ▪︎ As this is a short-term rental rather than a hotel, guests are responsible for cleaning, laundry, dishwashing, and recycling during their stay. ▪︎ Please restore the unit to its original condition upon check-out. ▪︎ Compensation for damages will be charged in the event of contract violations, property damage, or soiling.
All utility charges are included in the maintenance fee, but additional costs may be charged for excessive usage.
