It is an excellent location for both short- and long-term stays for Koreans and foreigners alike. The surrounding area offers fantastic amenities—including convenience stores, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, bars, Olive Young, Daiso, and banks—and there are great walking paths nearby!
All utility costs are included in the management fee. Additional charges may be requested in the event of excessive usage.
The location was excellent. Transportation was convenient, and there were plenty of great restaurants nearby; I was very satisfied. The room was spacious and pleasant, making for a very comfortable stay. Since it was located in an alley, it was quiet, so I slept soundly.
