The laundromat and laundry room are also within a 5-minute walk. The designated parking spaces in the building are full, so you can park in the public parking lot across the street or in the white-lined parking spaces around the building. There are plenty of parking spaces available, except during lunch and dinner hours (when the nearby restaurant street is busy).
We will send you a message with usage instructions once the contract is confirmed. Smoking is not allowed indoors. We politely decline guests who are too noisy at night.
The management fee is prepaid and includes electricity, water, employment electricity, and elevator fees, excluding gas. Gas is city gas, so you will only be charged for the amount you use. Please call Seohae City Gas (1577-6580) the day before your contract period to request a gas connection. After you move out, please call them to settle the gas bill and lock the gas. Excessive water usage may be charged separately.
