Located in the heart of Hongseong-eup, the property is within a 5-minute walk of Daiso and the Nonghyup Hanaro Mart. There are many popular restaurants nearby, most of which are within walking distance. Dry cleaners and laundromats are also just a 5-minute walk away. Since the building's designated parking spaces are fully occupied, you can park at the public parking lot across the street or along the white solid lines near the building. Parking is generally plentiful, except during peak lunch and dinner hours (due to the nearby restaurant district).
We will send you an information message once the booking is confirmed. Smoking is not permitted indoors. We respectfully decline bookings from guests who may be excessively noisy at night.
The management fee is payable in advance and covers electricity, water, common area electricity, and elevator usage; gas charges are excluded. Gas is supplied via the city network, so you are billed at a low rate based solely on your actual usage. Please call Seohae City Gas (1577-6580) the day before your lease begins to request a gas connection, and call them again after moving out to settle the bill and disconnect the service. Excessive water usage charges may be billed separately.
