This is a compact room. It is a quiet room with a balcony, located near Suwon University. It is cool and well-ventilated. Rented directly by the owner. Water and electricity are included (free of charge); Wi-Fi is available.
Located 5 minutes from Suwon University We are on the 5th floor of the Hwaseong Tax Office.
Contactless check-in is available. The unit must be left in the same clean condition as upon arrival; otherwise, a deduction will be made from the security deposit.
Once the booking is confirmed, we will provide the room number and access code. You are required to leave the room in the same clean condition as it was upon check-in; failure to do so will result in a cleaning fee being deducted from your security deposit.
