As you can see from the photos, this place is incomparable to any other. I am confident that this offers the best view in Sokcho. Amenities include motorized curtains from the same brand used by the Park Hyatt, a bathtub with an ocean view (a rarity in standard apartments), and custom-made beds supplied to hotels (featuring mattresses directly imported from the U.S.—they are quite high, like beds in American luxury hotels, but incredibly comfortable. Being U.S. King size and 2 meters wide, there is plenty of room to sleep with two children), as well as Tempur pillows. Since I dislike fluorescent lighting, I have replaced all the lights to create a warm ambiance, and the floors feature luxurious marble-style tiles. I have endeavored to capture the vibe of the Park Hyatt or the W Hotel. Originally a 37-pyeong (approx. 1,315 sq. ft.) unit with three bedrooms, I have combined two of the rooms to create a spacious area with twin beds. The living room and all bedrooms offer direct ocean views and are fully air-conditioned. Sokcho Beach is illuminated late into the night, making the view spectacular even after dark (unrivaled by any other ocean view in Sokcho). You can also see toward Mt. Seorak, extending all the way to the Hanwha Resort. All furniture and household items were selected with the intention of personal use, aiming for the very best quality. (Even the coffee machine is a Nespresso Vertuo, and the toaster is a Balmuda.) Experience accommodation with the quality of a hotel suite—which typically costs 700,000 to 800,000 KRW per night—at the price of a business hotel! You are welcome to visit and view the property before making a decision (I can unlock the door remotely for you... that is how confident I am in the quality). A wide variety of camping gear is also provided, so you just need to bring yourself. Rentals are available for a minimum of one month.
