The recently built building is clean, pleasant, and quiet. The interior is white-toned. It is 10 minutes from Dongmyo Station and Jegi Station, 10 minutes from Wangsimni Station and Sindang Station (Line 2), and Cheonggyecheon is within walking distance. It is 10 minutes from E-Mart, DDP, and Yeoksagongwon Station. (Due to the nature of short-term rentals, toiletries are not provided.)
It is a triple station area of Line 1, Line 2, and Uisin Line (subway and bus) and is 2 minutes away. Airport bus, trunk line, and branch line buses are available (bus stop is 3 minutes away). Dongmyo, Dongdaemun, DDP, Jongno, Myeongdong, Daehakro, Hongdae, Seongsu-dong, and Gangnam are easily accessible. It is a super station area with convenient access to all areas of Seoul. It is near Cheonggyecheon, so it is good for walking.

Gas, electricity, and water are included in the common area maintenance fee.
