This is a multi-unit residential building near Wonkwang University in Sindong, Iksan. It is an affordable unit located on the first floor. There is a neighborhood park right next to it.
It is close to the main road, and a bus stop can be reached by walking through the park. It is an 11-minute bus ride to Iksan Station and a 10-minute walk to Wonkwang University.
Smoking is prohibited inside the room. Please dispose of trash according to the instructions posted on the entrance door. As we do not charge a cleaning fee, the level of cleanliness may not match that of a hotel; however, we ask that you leave the room in the same condition as you found it upon check-out.
There is a park nearby that is great for taking walks. It is a convenient place to live, with a CU convenience store as well as restaurants and cafes in the nearby university district.
Charges for items not included in the management fee will be calculated and billed upon check-out. Additional management fees may be charged if included utilities are used excessively. Electricity and water charges are included; however, gas costs during the winter season are billed separately.
