✔️After confirming your contract, we will send you a guide message on the day of check-in. ✔️Free parking is available in the self-parking lot. ✔️Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. ✔️Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, and you may be charged an additional cleaning fee if caught. ✔️Cooking foods with strong odors, such as fish or meat, is not allowed indoors. ✔️Dogs weighing less than 5kg are allowed, but please inform the host in advance when booking. (Please note that dog supplies are not provided, so please bring your own. If any damage to furniture or bedding is found after check-out, the cost of restoration may be deducted from your deposit.) ✔️Please be mindful of noise between floors as this is a shared residential building.
