This space is a rental officetel; for long-term rentals, the user is responsible for utility costs such as electricity, water, gas, and internet. However, for short-term stays, to facilitate settlement given that management fees are billed monthly, the fees are calculated on a pro-rata basis according to the length of stay and must be prepaid at the time of the contract. It was clean and free of clutter, which I really liked. Even without a car, getting around seemed convenient since the local bus stop is very close by. The host was also quick to respond.
The neighborhood was quiet, the interior was clean, and the place was well-stocked with amenities, making for a very comfortable stay. Above all, the view was stunning, so it was a bit hard to leave. It was wonderful to be able to watch the sunrise right after waking up and enjoy the pink sunset in the evening. I would love to visit again if the opportunity arises.
It is neat and tidy. The scenery is wonderful. It truly embodies a minimalist lifestyle. The location isn't suitable for walking or taking a stroll. It is a great spot if you have a car. It is situated on a fairly steep hill.
