It is about 15 pyeong (approx. 500 sq ft) and consists of two rooms, a living room + kitchen, and a bathroom. -> The dates are cut off on a weekly basis, but if you send me a separate message, I can adjust it on a daily basis. * Bedroom 1 has a super single bed, a long computer desk, and a chair. * Bedroom 2 has a super single bed and a low table. ♥ You can cook simple meals in the kitchen, and detergent, laundry detergent, and simple cooking utensils are provided. * You can always message me in English too:)
Two major bus stops are a 3-4 minute walk away. ■Free parking is available right next door.
- Self check-in (password provided) - Standard occupancy: 2 people (maximum 4 people. For 3 or more people, an additional fee applies, so please inquire separately.)
There is a convenience store, mart, bakery, cafe, and free public parking nearby, but it is also in a quiet location. 1. The cooking utensils are not perfectly equipped, so it's not easy, but please refrain from cooking dishes that smell or are difficult. ~ㅠㅠ 2. Please be mindful of noise after 11 PM to avoid disturbing the neighbors. 3. Pets are not allowed in the building due to building rules. 4. Smoking is prohibited in the guest rooms.
The price includes all utilities, such as electricity, gas, water, and internet. There are no separate charges.
