Myongji University is about a 10-minute walk away. Yonsei University and Ewha Womans University are about 10-15 minutes away by bus. Hongik University Station is about 20 minutes away by village bus Mapo 06. Gajwa Station is about 7 minutes away by bus and about 18 minutes away on foot.
Accommodation Guidelines and Rules Thank you for choosing our accommodation. To ensure a pleasant stay and consideration for our neighbors, please adhere to the following rules. 1. Occupancy Limit (Maximum 2 people) This accommodation is limited to a maximum of 2 guests. Visits from acquaintances beyond the booked number of guests or unauthorized entry are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in eviction and forfeiture of deposit. 2. No Smoking Inside the Building The entire interior (rooms, bathroom, and hallway) is a strictly non-smoking area (including electronic cigarettes). If smoking is detected, a special cleaning fee will be charged, and it will be grounds for immediate eviction. Please use the designated outdoor smoking area. 3. Noise Awareness and Quiet Hours This accommodation is located in a quiet residential area where actual residents live. Please refrain from using the vacuum cleaner after 10 PM, and be especially careful to ensure that the volume of the projector and conversations are not audible to neighbors. If noise complaints persist, your stay may be restricted. Other Information Check-in: 3 PM / Check-out: 11 AM Please separate and dispose of trash in the designated area. I had a very restful stay. The location is not bad, and the room itself is fine. First of all, the bed and bedding are really comfortable. The room atmosphere is also very nice, and the beam projector is great :)) The owner is also very kind. I accidentally broke a wine glass while washing dishes, and they asked if I was okay first. It was so nice! The only thing is that the soundproofing is a bit... hmm, but if you're not a light sleeper, it's fine.
